Area of birridas with dry salt lake in distance

Most of the national park was sandy scrub areas but in the middle of the
park there was a large birridas area - no vegetable but crusty top to soft
underneath. In the distance there was a large salt lake. There is no
driving recommended on the birridas or be at risk of an expensive recovery
operation.
