We have never seen such a large amount of Aboriginal art in one place, and
that was so easy to identify and see. What we have seen in the past has
been quite obscure and it is a matter of believing the story told or the
sign posts. Here there was no doubting the art and we were most impressed.
In these photos there are fish and surprisingly the type of fish are
freshwater and this has helped to age the paintings.
And just in case you thought we didn't actually take these photos, but
downloaded them, a photo of Peter beside one of the rock walls.
Gill and Peter like to travel. In 2011/12 they completed a trip around Australia. One of the things that they are aware of is the fact that to live your dream then you actually have to do something and that's what they did. In 2013 they decided to further explore outback Australia and crossed the Simpson Desert. Going forward they will continue to travel as they plan for the next few years. To see some of their other trips follow the links.
