Sharryn and Garey's holiday is over

All good things must come to an end, and before too long it was time for
Sharryn and Garey to pack their bags and head back to Wellington. Boy did
we rub it in - less than 12 degrees in Wellington, raining and wind and 30
degrees in Broome and sunshine for the week ahead. They had a 4 1/2 hour
flight to Sydney, stay overnight, then the flight to Wellington.

We were certainly sorry to say good-bye as we have loved their company. We
have travelled lots together and have always enjoyed our trips. Thanks for
coming Sharryn and Garey and see you in Wellington in December. You will
miss your airbed on the floor of the annex!



We will have a few days in Broome before we commence our trip to Derby then
on towards Darwin. As we leave Broome Stage Four of our Australian trip has
been completed and we will commence Stage Five. Two stages left to go to
complete our trip - Stage Five is Broome to Townsville, then Stage Six is
Townsville to Melbourne and each should take approximately two months.
